Sometime doctor's appointment is not on time. Just now one patient is complaining at reception that she wait for 45 minutes.
The Dr is good, however, consistently late. I have never been seen on time (30 mins wait is normal!). I have only managed to get an appointment easily once. All other occasions I have had to wait weeks. Main receptionist can be rude and lacks people's skills at times.
The doctors listen and take a genuine interest in my problems.
The thing that arrays me is that booking an appointment is like the lottery. Multiple times in the past I have been turned down for an appointment when needed.
Appointments should be run on time been in waiting room for 1 hour 5 mins - with 3 young children not the first time 6/10 this happens.
The wait is extremely long. Over 30 minutes every time it's Dr. Reubon.
He appears not to actually take on board what your issue is and is keen just to usher you out the door even though you wait over an hour to see him. He shows no compassion or empathy and in all honesty, I dread seeing him each time. He's snappy and demands you talk about only one element for example if I have a sore throat and ear ache. He will demand you choose only one to have seen to today and make an appointment a different day for the other issue, although most times they are linked. It is not a holistic approach and you are not seen as a whole.
